With a 1:10 half marathon in Philadelphia and a 2:43 marathon in Toronto, Kyle knows what it takes to balance ambition with life’s realities.
Now a dedicated coach and single father of twins, Kyle understands firsthand the demands of juggling work, family, and personal goals. Let's work together to create a plan that’s tailored to your goals, your lifestyle, and your body.
I had the pleasure of working with Kyle as my running coach for nearly six months, and I am grateful for the experience. My goal was to run a faster 10K, and Kyle delivered every step of the way. He sent me personalized weekly workouts tailored to my needs, and he was always available to offer guidance, support, and encouragement. What truly set Kyle apart was his genuine care and dedication. He even went above and beyond by registering me for the Army Run and meeting me there, which was such a thoughtful gesture. When I started working with him, I was running a 58-minute 10K, and after our time together, I consistently finish in the low 50’s range. If you’re looking for a coach who is not only knowledgeable but also truly invested in your success, I highly recommend Kyle.

I had the privilege of working with Kyle, an exceptionally empathetic running coach who went above and beyond. His understanding of my individual challenges, both physical and emotional, created a personalized training plan. The coach's compassionate approach made me feel supported, and his encouragement pushed me to achieve more than I thought possible. I highly recommend this coach for anyone seeking not just a trainer, but a true empathetic guide on their running journey.

Getting coached by Kyle reinvigorated my running and my overall fitness. He got to know my past running experience and my new running goals and trained me to surpass them! Having ran more competitively in university, I have struggled to come back to running in a more intense way as I’ve been nervous to let myself down with worsening performance since I have less time to train now as a mother and physician. But Kyle gave me an efficient plan that offloaded the thinking for me and made it easy for me to commit to my speed workouts, tempos and long runs, and understood my need for strength training too. Kyle adapted the plan to how my body was responding - making space for recovery and building my capacity to get faster and go longer. He checked in regularly by text and email, and tracked my training on Strava so he always had a sense of how I was managing and performing. Having his coaching kept me accountable to my runs and focused on my goals, and I owe my confidence and outcome at my 10K race to his coaching. My soccer has also benefited from restoring my endurance and speed, and I’m proud to role model a healthy relationship with exercise for my young daughters. I’m excited to keep working with him to keep getting faster for my next races, and get back to my paces when I was 20 years younger!

If you’re self-motivated and just want a structured plan to follow, the Ultimate Training Package is a great fit. If you want personalized support, live check-ins, and a custom plan that adjusts as you go, 1:1 coaching is the better choice, you’ll get direct access to me for feedback and guidance.
I work with all levels! Whether you’re brand-new and just learning to run, or you’re an experienced racer chasing a personal best, I tailor the approach to meet you where you are.
Every runner’s timeline is unique, but most people start noticing improvements in endurance, pace, or confidence within 4–6 weeks of consistent training. Together, we’ll set realistic milestones that keep you motivated.
Life happens and I get that. If you’re doing 1:1 coaching, we’ll adjust your plan in real time to work around injury, recovery, or busy life periods. For the training package, you can pause and resume on your own schedule.
While a lot of my coaching focuses on road racing (5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon), I’ve also represented Canada in mountain running and love working with trail runners. If you have off-road goals, we can absolutely design a plan to fit.
